You can also use our recipe line by. To do this, use our telephone number: 040 - 2212701. In the selection menu, select the prescription line, option 2. You then state your name and date of birth, then which medication you need and from which pharmacy you will collect it. If you enter the prescriptions line before 11:00, you can pick up the medication at your pharmacy the next day. If you enter the prescriptions line after 11:00, you can pick up the medication at your pharmacy 2 days later. If you would like to have the medication delivered by the pharmacy, please state this.

NEW

As of June 15, 2020, a pick-up machine has been installed in the Waalre-Dorp pharmacy, which is available 24/7. You can retrieve (certain) medication from this if you indicate this in advance when requesting the medication. You do not have to come inside the pharmacy to pick it up (which is useful for coughing complaints, for example).

How does it work?
The pharmacy will send an email with a collection code, together with your date of birth (day and month) you can take your medication from the collection machine (see instructions indicated at the pharmacy). It is therefore important that when requesting a repeat prescription that you'll ask the assistant to write down on the prescription you want to collect it from the collection machine.

Not everything is possible in the pick-up machine, for some prescriptions you will really have to come to the pharmacy, for example with refrigerator products or first dispensing medicines where the information cannot be given by telephone. We find good care, guidance and advice most important. The pick up machine is offered as a service. The pharmacy will only put the medication in it if you have all the necessary information.
