You can log in here for an email consultation. True a secure connection you can e-mail your doctor or assistant and ask a short question.
You can ask the doctor medical questions. You can send photos, for example from the skin or send an explanation of your earlier story. You can submit a request for information. Questions about complaints for which you have previously been consulted are also suitable for an email consultation. You help the doctor by formulating a clear question. This makes it much easier for the general practitioner to return you with the best possible answer.
You will be given access after you have personally identified yourself at the desk of the assistant. We need your email address for this. We need 1 unique e-mail address for each patient. Only patients who are registered in our practice can use our e-facilities. Your question will be answered as soon as possible and in any case within 2 working days.
After asking a question you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail and will be asked when you can expect a reply from your general practitioner. As soon as your question has been answered, you will receive a notification by e-mail that the answer is ready.
The doctor will handle your question carefully; This may also mean that you will still be invited to the consultation hour or telephone consultation hour.
To answer an e-consultation, a fee is calculated that is in accordance with a telephone advice. This is reimbursed by your health insurer from the basic insurance.
The email consultation is not suitable for:
- Questions that can not wait or are urgent. In case of an urgent call: 040 - 2212701 and press number 1.
- Questions about a new complaint
- Questions that require physical examination
- Emotional or psychological problems
- Multiple and complex questions
- Complaints that worsen or change
- To make or reschedule an appointment
